Trail Rides and Shows

Whispering Oaks Farm had a successful ACTHA ride on August 21, 2010.  We would like to thank those that joined the ride and participated.  Here are a few photos of the "great" day.

Golden Satin in the ACTHA Horse Association) ride held at Van Bert Farms received a score of 9 & 8 out of crossing obstacle.
           
Janine in her first ride in the show ring went up against some really accomplished young riders in the 12-17 age group. She left disappointed without a ribbon. But doesn't she really have the poise, grace and beauty of a champion, she was a champion in my eyes. The next time she showed, which was her second time ever in the show ring she earned a 5th place for a very nice ride.
